National Governors' Association annual meeting project files, 1993-1995.

Pursuant to MGLA c 6A, s 6 and c 7, s 4F and 801 CMR 50.00 et seq, the secretary of administration and finance established an NGA 1994 annual meeting expendable trust in June 1993. The trust was to constitute an appropriate mechanism to receive and administer the necessary funds for the facilities and services to be provided by the governor of the Commonwealth as host of the National Governors' Association (NGA) annual meeting to be held in Boston, July 1994. Project files were created by the trust executive director, operating on behalf of the governor and the governor's designee, to document administration of the trust and planning and execution of the meeting, and to provide guidance for planners of future meetings.
